1. Membership Agreement

By engaging with Quivaro, you agree to the protocols governing our facility. Membership is non-transferable and requires a monthly commitment. Cancellations require 30-day written notice.

2. Physical Liability Waiver

The practice of yoga and precision alignment involves physical exertion. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity. You agree to release Quivaro, its instructors, and staff from any liability regarding injury or physical distress incurred on the premises.

3. Rescheduling Protocol

Our schedule is built on precision and respect for time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session rate. Rescheduling must be confirmed via the studio portal or direct email.

4. Facility Conduct

Silence is a requirement within the sanctuary. Please silence all digital devices before entry. Shoes are to be removed in the vestibule.
